Part 2

"Yeah, well Freddie was at the airport and offered me a ride. You never told me you had a roommate." Chrissy stated.

"Yeah well after Freddie and his girlfriend Kimberly split up, he sold his house and moved in. He's great, isn't he?" Hunter exclaimed. It went unnoticed by the others but at that moment Chrissy blushed.

"Hey since Freddie's on the rebound maybe you can set him up with one of your friends." Hunter insisted.

"Well I don't know if any of my friends are Freddie's type. They're kinda shallow. But hey it can't hurt to try. In the mood to go to the movies tonight boys?"Chrissy said hopefully.

"Nah I don't really feel up to it, but you and Freddie should go." Hunter replied.

"Well how about it?" Freddie nodded. As they left the house, Freddie was a perfect gentleman. He opened the door for Chrissy and everything.

"So why did you and Kimberly break up? I mean you seem to still be in love with her." Chrissy asked as they were on the freeway, going to the theatre.

" Well I guess she sorta changed because she wasn't the girl I'd fallen in love with. I mean we were always fighting and one day I realized that it was over." Freddie sighed.

" Well don't feel bad. I for one feel like that.I don't know if I changed or something but I guess I'm kinda tired of love, you know. I mean I still love Hunter, and on some level I always will but it's not like it was when we started dating." With that Chrissy hugged Freddie. "So what movie do you want to see? I really wanna see 200 Cigarettes. So you up to it?"

"Sure, it looks pretty funny." With that the two went into the theatre.

"By the way I wanted to say you were awesome in She's All That! I love that movie." Chrissy told him whole-heartedly.

"Thanks that really means a lot to me." With that both of them leaded in for a  kiss but at the last moment both of them turned away. They remained basically quiet for the rest of the movie, except when they laughed. After the movie they walked out and Chrissy raved, "That movie was so funny! I can't believe that they actually went through 200 cigarettes. God! I'm gonna have to buy that movie." Chrissy went over to Freddie and took his hand and said, "You know what? We should get some ice cream!" Freddie just started cracking up

"You are really something. Are you always this energetic?" Chrissy nodded and they proceeded to the car. Then, they stopped at Ben&Jerry's, where Chrissy got a chocolate cone and Freddie got a peanut butter fudge cone, which Chrissy complained.

"Yours looks better than mine. Mind if we switch, Pretty please." Once Freddie took one look at her with puppydog eyes, he couldn't object. After each of them finished their ice cream, they returned to the house.

"I have to thank you, Chrissy. This has been the most fun I've had in a long time. You make my life worry free." Freddie stated. With that Chrissy followed her heart and kissed him. She knew it was right. Afterwards Chrissy only uttered the words "Goodnight" with a huge smile on her face. Tomorrow she'd worry about the little love triangle but for now she was happy and that was all that mattered.
